She is a Cultuxia, which means she takes on a certain earth culture or custom. Her thing is Magical girls! She owns many magical girl outfits and this is just one of them.
This is outfit 7 of 7. And with this Im all done for now! Tried to finish strong with lots of detail. I hope it looks similar to its reference. The colors aren't exact, but that shade of purplish pink on her skirt is hard to make with traditional media, and as Ive mentioned before, my editing program hates the color purple.
I hope Angels new owner commissions me to draw more outfits for her again sometime! Ive grown to love her and all her outfits to death. Shes really unique and I dont know when Ill ever make another OC as special as her. Im very happy she has such a good owner thats already given her the time and attention she deserves!
